We Want You To Love Your Order

If your Zelvairo purchase is not quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below before submitting a request.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the return conditions listed below.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging included where applicable.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, damage, alteration, or missing tags may not be accepted for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimates, underwear, bodysuits, or swimwear
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

4. How To Start A Return

To start a return, please contact us at davis@shopengine.store with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Zelvairo is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and exchange request.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund. Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and handling charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

8. Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at davis@shopengine.store.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue so we can review your request and provide the best solution.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation or changes may no longer be available.

10. Refused Or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply. Refunds for such orders may exclude shipping costs and any carrier fees.
